When you interact with our accounts on a SNS, we may collect certain information that you or the platform make available to us such as Site metadata analytics, your social media account ID, your social media ‘likes’, click-throughs to our Site, or custom interactions. We will access, use and store that information in accordance with this Policy. You can revoke our access to the information you provide in this way at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable SNS.


We may also get information about you from other sources, for example, if you have agreed to share information with one of our partners we may add this to information we get from our Site.

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect personal data within our organization. Unfortunately, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us using the details in Section 18 below. In the event of a security breach of private information, Function has measures in place to identify, assess, investigate, and report any personal data breach to both data subjects and authorities, if required, at the earliest possibility.


We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy or internal policies. The criteria we use to determine retention periods for each category of personal information is based on the type of personal information, contractual requirements, or with regards to product or service maintenance and improvements. We will also retain and use personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.


Our Site is not directed to children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us using the details in Section 18 below.
